Elizabeth’s virtual talk to our youngest pupils was amazing!

Inspiring, educational and funny – she was able to explain her job in simple terms, amaze the children with incredible facts and information and inspire them with her boundless enthusiasm.

We will definitely be having Elizabeth back to speak to us at Kirkhill and I would recommend her to any school looking for a knowledgeable and motivational visitor.

Teacher

Science Shows

I perform Marine themed science shows for 7-11 (KS2), 11-14 (KS3), 15-16 (KS4), 16+. I have several science show ideas which can be adapted and linked to the school curriculum of each of these age ranges – or I am happy to come up with a custom idea for your audience.

A theme of all my shows is to inspire children’s confidence in science and teach them how to use their voice to help share the science they learn.  Part of how I do this is making my shows really interactive giving them the confidence to help shape the show!

If you would like me to perform a science show at your school, work or science festival please get in contact using this form here or email me at  marinemumbles@gmail.com – I LOVE performing them!

Example Past Show

Marine Monsters was performed to 300 school children at Cheltenham Science Festival in 2022!

An exciting hour long show, where children were taught how species move, feed and protect themselves – then take all those to combine into make a Marine Monster! Included props, underwater photos and video, tons of fun facts, experiments, audience participation and lots of laughter!
